Sacramento City Council Votes Unanimously To Pay Gang Members $1.5 Million To Not Kill People

Sacramento, CA – The city of Sacramento is setting aside $1.5 million dollars of taxpayers money to pay gang members to stop killing people.

The city council unanimously approved the “Advance Peace” program in an attempt to address their ongoing problem with violent crime, according to Fox News.

The program pays gang members to graduate school and stop shooting at people. If a gang member wants to start killing people, they’ll be forfeiting their taxpayer-funded payday.

The vote had been scheduled to take place in two weeks, but Sacramento Mayor Darrell Steinberg requested that the vote be moved up after five people were shot in a park.

“Five people were shot in Meadowview on Sunday,” Sacramento Mayor Darrell Steinberg said, according to Fox 40. “Let’s get going on doing everything we can to save innocent lives.”

The funding for the payments to the criminal gang members will come from the city’s general fund. The money will go to 50 men who are suspected of killing people, but there’s not enough evidence to prosecute them.

“Fifty is a huge number. That’s 50 shooters who have the possibility of taking a life,” Nicole Clavo said according to KCRA. “If we can reach those 50, how many lives have we changed?”

The Advance Peace program started in Richmond, CA and has been credited by some with reducing murders in the city; Sacramento County District Attorney Anne Marie Schubert disagrees.

“I support the gang prevention task force and the many evidence-based youth mentoring and intervention programs already in existence in the city of Sacramento. I have serious concerns with a program that is apparently based upon the payment of money to high-risk individuals in exchange for a promise not to engage in violent criminal conduct. There is insufficient evidence-based data to show this approach is effective in preventing gun violence.”

Army Veteran Gets Pulled Over By Police Officer, But Then He Points To The Front Of His Car.

Our brave soldiers stationed overseas deal with things most civilians couldn’t even imagine. That’s why hords of servicemen and women return home to the United States with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) – and many of them don’t seek help for their worries.
Thankfully, William Jazwinski, a former Heavy Wheeled Vehicle Operator for the United States Army, knew that he had to seek treatment and overcome the painful memories that followed him back home after his 15-month tour in Iraq.

But William never thought the flag he kept in his truck to remind him of his time on the battlefield would make him a target for law enforcement.

By all accounts, William was a brave soldier who would do anything for his fellow servicemen at the drop of a hat. From the long nights in the hot Iraqi desert, to grueling training schedules that brought his battalion together in the first place, there was nothing that could deter William from the goal of a mission.
Despite his obvious dedication to the tasks he was given in the Army, the time overseas was rough – but he knew in his heart what an honor it was to be serving the United States of America.
That’s why, when William’s tour in Iraq came to an end, he drove around with a properly folded United States flag in his vehicle.
But one day, while William was driving in his truck stateside, he was spotted by a local police officer. William knew he wasn’t speeding, his registration was compliant and he didn’t have any outstanding legal issues – so the young man kept chugging along and didn’t think twice.
Moments after he noticed the patrol car behind him, the red and blue lights started flashing and the siren went off. What in the world could he have done wrong?
William immediately pulled over and had his license and registration ready – but that’s not what the officer was interested in. He shared the reason behind the traffic stop on his Facebook page.
“Me: Good morning, Officer. Was I speeding?

Officer: Good morning, no not speeding. Just wanted to stop ya and say thank you for your service.

Me: Oooh the bumper sticker, nice. Your welcome, Sir. My pleasure.

Officer: Where did you serve?

Me: I went to Iraq. Did a 15 month [stint]. Out of Fort Benning.

Officer: Well, alright. My son went to Iraq. He didn’t make it home.”

“Me: Man, I’m so sorry to hear that. I just finished a PTSD program.

Officer: I see you have a flag in the truck. The one we got for him? Well it’s at the house. Can I ask a question? Me: Sure.

Officer: Do you mind stepping out and receiving a hug? You remind me of my son. I pulled you over. I thought you were him. I still don’t believe it most days he’s gone.

With tears in both our eyes, I got out and hugged that man. I’m talking about for a minute or two crying. Down to our knees crying. I needed that.

To all the family and friends of soldiers, fighting or done fighting, God bless you. Your peace and your hearts. It’s so hard without them, I know. This road is a tremendous one. Love to all.”
The officer just wanted to show his support for the troops and give William a much-needed hug. It’s hard losing your child and it’s even harder knowing that they passed while overseas away from family.
William was able to give the officer a brief break from the pain and restore his faith in the goodness of strangers.
As soon as William got home he snapped a picture of the flag and shared it online. He had no idea that his experience with the random officer would resonate with so many people!

Since William posted the story on his Facebook page, it’s been shared more than 170,000 times and liked by more than 200,000 users. It’s clear the interaction between William and the officer struck a chord with people all over the country!

Mother Loses All Her Family After Illegal Kills Them, Now She’s Taking Matters Into Her Own Hands

A Texas woman who lost her husband and two children in a car accident that was caused by an illegal immigrant is speaking out after learning the suspect was only sentenced to two years in prison.

Courtney Hacking says she got no justice after Margarito Quintero Rosales was sentenced to just two years in prison for causing a fatal car crash that killed three of her loved ones, All That’s News reported.

Peter Hacking, Courtney’s husband, was killed in the crash. The couple’s two children, 4-year-old Ellie Bryant and 22-month-old Grayson, were also killed in the collision.

Rosales is reportedly in the country illegally. He is illegally employed and was driving without a license at the time of the incident. He is accused of falling asleep behind the wheel before crashing head-on with Peter’s car.

Rosales also has a criminal history. He came to the United States illegally a few years prior to the collision and was arrested for burglary in Missouri. He then fled the country and returned under several different aliases.

Rosales also has a criminal history. He came to the United States illegally a few years prior to the collision and was arrested for burglary in Missouri. He then fled the country and returned under several different aliases.

Now Rosales has been convicted of criminally negligent homicide. He was sentenced to two years in prison — the minimum sentence for his crime. Authorities said they plan on deporting him when he completes his time.

Courtney was outraged by the sentence, which she deemed far too light.

“Today for me is offensive to our family,” Courtney said after learning about the sentence. “There’s no justice in what you’re getting today.”

“You weren’t supposed to be here. All of this heartbreak is because of you,” she continued. “You were in this country illegally for the second time. You were driving a car without a license, coming from a job you were illegally paid to do. Because of your selfishness, three beautiful people lost their lives.”

“On behalf of my husband and my children, I can’t let this go,” Hacking said, calling the fact that Rosales was in the country illegally an “aggravating factor.”

Several social media users agreed with Courtney.

“This woman should not have to fight for justice for her family,” wrote one Facebook user. “It should be already in our judicial system the harshest penalty available is automatically delivered in illegals cases.”

“There’s no justice in sentencing him to 2yrs imprisonment,” added another. “Just taking into consideration he’s an illegal immigrant and this is his second felony should be manslaughter. As a woman I can’t imagine what she’s going [through].”

Chicago Thugs Stab Vet & ‘Search’ His Girlfriend, Find Out It Was BAD Idea

Over the weekend, feral Chicago thugs mugged an Afghan War veteran and his girlfriend, and after “searching” the woman, they stabbed the veteran in the shoulder. However, it didn’t take long for them to realize just how bad of an idea it was.

Neil McCarthy is a British national and certified badass who served in the Afghanistan War, and he was visiting Chicago over the weekend with his girlfriend, 26-year-old Carisa Lerner when they were approached by feral thugs, reported FOX32. Noe Mondragon, 22, Luis Saldago-Camargo, 18, and a third man demanded the couple’s belongings. After the couple gave the thugs everything they had, the two men started to “search” Lerner, which McCarthy wasn’t about to let happen.

“We were kind of hoping that when they came up and said ‘Hey, how’s it going?’ we would just be able to go ‘Good’ and then just carry on,” McCarthy said. “I think of it now, it was a terrible plan and they were always going to rob us, no matter how nice our greetings were.”

One of the attackers held a knife to McCarthy, 27, and demanded that he hand over his belongings. The pair complied, but when one of the men laid his hands on Lerner, McCarthy reacted in an instant.

“Turning and seeing that guy just on her and I don’t know where those hands have been get them off my girlfriend, that’s what made me take a risk essentially,” said McCarthy.

Although the Royal Air Force badass was able to get the man off of his girlfriend, he was stabbed in the shoulder and punched in the face in the process, but it didn’t stop him. McCarthy then grabbed the knife by its blade and wrestled it away from the thug and threatened all three with it, which is when they showed their true colors and ran off.

They were able to get his wallet, passport, and cell phone, but it wouldn’t be the last they saw of McCarthy, who’s currently studying at the University of Minnesota. After getting patched up by medics, McCarthy used the Find My iPhone app to track his phone, and it led him straight to one of the attackers.

“I just sprinted after and just got him and dragged him over to the road here,” McCarthy said.

McCarthy held the thug until police arrived just a short time after and arrested him. Although he found his phone and captured a thug in the process, McCarthy’s passport and wallet are still gone.

As a result of the incident, Mondragon is charged with aggravated battery/use of a deadly weapon and armed robbery, and Salgado-Camargo faces two felony counts of armed robbery, according to Chicago Police.

It’s not often that stories like this have a happy ending, but it’s awesome when they do since everyone loves a good story about vigilante justice. This time around, feral thugs picked the wrong victim, and it cost them dearly. Not only was McCarthy unafraid to counter-attack, but he had the training to be able to do so. However, not everyone does, and the incident could have turned out much differently.

Stories like this are an excellent reminder of why we have the Second Amendment, and it shows that it’s a good idea to buy a gun and get properly trained on how to use it. After all, just like with a fire extinguisher, it’s better to have a gun and never use it, than to need one and never have it.

Cops Kidnap 8yo Boy for Acting Out in School, Put Him in Restraints, Force Inject Him with Sedatives

In a police state, innocent 8-year-old boys with severe learning disabilities and diagnosed behavioral issues are not safe from the violent hand of the state’s enforcers. A mother has learned the hard way just how unsafe a child can be when the state gets involved after her 8-year-old son was kidnapped by police, put in restraints, and forcefully injected with a sedative after acting out on his first day of school.

Debbie Kiroff is now looking for answers after her son endured horrific abuse at the hands of those who claim to protect.

“They know he’s a runner,” she told CBC Toronto. “When I first brought him to the school, I said to them, ‘He likes to run. That’s his release.’”

Earlier this month, the principal at Holland Landing Public School called her to let her know her son’s behavior was “escalating.” However, she never expected what came next.

He usually runs to the same spot near the little forest that they go to for day trips,” Kiroff said of the place her son runs to find his peace. This time, however, after he ran off, the police were called in.

According to Kiroff, she says it all began over an argument with another boy about who should be able to use a computer.

He’s running around right now, he’s got a ruler, he’s climbing this, climbing that,” Kiroff says the principal told her, asking her to come pick her son up.

Kiroff, who works for the Canada Post, couldn’t leave work, so she sent her daughter to pick him up.

Reckless cops just opened fire in a crowded trailer park and murdered a six-year-old child

Trigger-happy law enforcement agents have needlessly killed yet another child of color in their carelessness.

Six-year-old Kameron Prescott was in his mobile home in Bexar County, Texas, with his family, minding his own business when a police bullet tore through the thin walls and killed him while his horrified parents watched.

The police were in pursuit of a woman, a wanted felon who was suspected of being involved in a car theft. She had been attempting to seek shelter in different trailers from the police and was eventually gunned down, even though stealing cars does not carry the death penalty.Related image

The police are now saying that the woman “showed a gun” and was “reaching for her waistband” earlier during the chase but was found to be unarmed after they murdered her too.

The San Antonio Express-News reports that it is “not known” whatprompted five deputies to open fire with four pistols and one rifle on an unarmed woman in a trailer park obviously full of innocent bystanders.

According to the Washington Post, Prescott is the 958th person to be murdered by police officers this year – or the 1152nd, according to

The police force refused to say whether or not official policy allows officers to use force if a family home is in the line of fire – which means yes, it does.

The excesses of American law enforcement take a horrifying toll on the American people. The militarization of our police forces combined with the reckless proliferation of firearms among an irresponsible civilian populace has led to those who have ostensibly sworn to “protect and serve” to behave like an occupying army, spreading violence and death instead of keeping the peace.

It remains to be seen if there will be any consequences for the officers who decided to start spraying bullets in a residential area and murdering a child, but seeing as a police officer was just acquitted of murdering a man who was on his knees and begging for mercy, we wouldn’t hold our breath.

Utah family of 4, dog found dead in apparent murder-suicide

MAPLETON, Utah — Police in a northern Utah town are investigating after a family of four and a dog were found dead with gunshot wounds in what is believed to be a murder suicide.

Mapleton Police Chief John Jackson said in a statement Friday the family moved from Switzerland to the small town of Mapleton months ago after 45-year-old Timothy Griffith got a job in Utah.

He was found dead Thursday along with his 42-year-old wife Jessica Griffith, his 16-year-old stepdaughter Samantha Badel and 5-year-old son Alexendre Griffith. Police have said the family dog was also killed in the shooting.

According to one close family friend who spoke to CBS affiliate KUTV, the move into the new home for the family “was a dream come true.”

When the family moved in, “they hugged and they kissed and the little boy jumped up and down.” She says that’s why the deaths are so shocking. “They were so affectionate…nothing makes sense.”

Next doors neighbors also expressed some of the same feelings.

“I just can’t imagine what happened, when I talked to him there was no depression there was no anything. It’s just amazing just comprehend what happened,” neighbor Doug Allin said. “It seems like everyone was getting along really good.”

“They were super nice, he was very proud of his family,” neighbor Shari Valeti said.

Jackson says one family member had failed to show up for work and neighbors reported the family’s cars had not moved and lights had not been turned off for days.

Police have secured a search warrant for the home and are currently investigating, KUTV reports.

Mapleton has a population of about 9,500 and sits about 10 miles south of Provo.

Taser Video So Disturbing the U.N. Has Just Deemed It “Torture” by Police

The horrific behavior of the American police state has become so overt that it has garnered international attention. The United Nations is now calling for an investigation into multiple departments for the use of excessive force via tasers which they are finally referring to as “torture.”

The Free Thought Project has reported on countless incidents in which police officers in America have been captured on video torturing individuals—many of them restrained in handcuffs or chairs—with tasers. While we have long been referring to this practice as “torture,” the media at large has refused to do so which has allowed it to progress to its current horrifying state. However, it now appears that this is all changing.

Thanks to a recent report out of Reuters, which included footage of 22 incidents in four jails—Franklin County, Ohio; Franklin County, Arkansas; McCurtain County, Oklahoma; and Cheatham County, Tennessee—the U.N. special rapporteur on torture has finally acknowledged the abuse.

According to Reuters, after reviewing footage of jail incidents obtained by Reuters, Nils Melzer said the “grave abuse” from Taser use in some U.S. jails violated the United Nations’ prohibition on cruel, inhuman or degrading punishment and, in some cases, amounted to torture.

The videos of these incidents are so disturbing that they can no longer be swept under the rug.

“I think it’s good that we’ve got international oversight of this issue,” Attorney Ben Raybin said of the U.N. citation. “I think excessive force in our jails and prisons is a significant issue that often goes overlooked.

Almost as equally disturbing as the videos is the fact that the officers in most of these cases have never faced discipline despite millions of dollars being paid out in lawsuits. In fact, one of the cops seen torturing a handcuffed, mentally ill man has been promoted to commander of the corrections center.

One of the jails in question happens to be the Cheatham County Jail in Tennessee. As TFTP reported at the time, in an extremely disturbing video, Cheatham County Sheriff’s Deputies are seen holding 18-year-old Jordan Norris down with a gag while another deputy sadistically and repeatedly deploys the taser. Naturally, Norris squirmed as 50,000 volts ran through his body. His movement seemed to provoke the deputies who responded with more taser strikes.

At one part in the video, you can hear a deputy tell Norris, “I’ll keep doing that until I run out of batteries.”

Norris said he remembered deputies asking him, “Do you want me to do it again? We got a whole bunch of batteries we can drain into you pretty much. We will do it over and over until we have no more.”

When Norris was released from prison, he was covered in burn marks from the taser. Somehow he made it through the torture without his heart stopping and went on to file a lawsuit against the deputies.

In another disturbing video, deputies in Columbus, Ohio were seen on video torturing an innocent pregnant woman with a taser for not removing her tongue ring fast enough.

“Take the tongue ring out,” Deputy Shawnda Arnold said. However, the victim, Martini Smith was struggling as her hands had been cuffed behind her for six hours and her numb fingers couldn’t grip the stud to unscrew it. She pleaded with police to get her a paper towel so she could get traction on the ring, but they refused.

I will tase you!” barked corporal Matthew Stice.

“I just want to go to sleep,” Smith cried.

Instead of getting the helpless pregnant woman a paper towel to help her remove the tongue ring, Stice barked his warning again and then shot the taser directly into Smith’s bare chest.

The surge of debilitating electricity caused the mother to be to collapse into the concrete wall and then to the floor. Smith cried out in agony, gasping as she tried to maintain a bit of her humanity while being tortured—half-naked—by a male cop.

“Why did you Tase me?” she moaned. “I wasn’t harming nobody. I can’t just take it out.”

Just five days later, Smith would have a miscarriage. She had been wrongfully arrested for defending herself against her abusive boyfriend. She was entirely innocent.

Norris and Smith are just two people on a long list of others who’ve been inhumanely tortured by those sworn to protect and serve. The fact that the UN has had to get involved shows just how out of hand this problem has gotten.

Sadly, however, even though the UN claims it is going to investigate, their history in doing so indicates that not much will change. In 2014, as TFTP reported at the time, the UN stepped in during the protests in Ferguson, MO in which the military police state reared its ugly head. However, very little happened as a result of the UN attention.

Until the officers themselves are held accountable for their actions, we can expect to see more mentally ill men, pregnant women, and completely restrained teenagers endure torture in the land of the free.

Texas Officer Shot And Killed While Serving Warrant

SAN MARCOS, Texas (AP) — A Texas police officer has died after being shot multiple times by a suspect while serving a warrant.

Officer Kenneth Copeland died Monday afternoon following the altercation in San Marcos, about 30 miles south of Austin, while working on his day off.

aofficer Texas Officer Shot And Killed While Serving Warrant

A suspect is in custody and is being treated for a gunshot wound after a standoff with SWAT members from the San Marcos police and Hays County Sheriff’s Office.

Copeland was serving the warrant with other officers and was wearing a protective vest. He died from his injuries about 3:50 p.m. after being transported to the Central Texas Medical Center.

At a news conference, Police Chief Chase Stapp said Copeland, 58, had been with the department for 19 years.

Governor Abbott issued the following statement on the officer killed in the line of duty:

“Today we grieve for the family of the fallen San Marcos police officer, and we vow swift justice for the killer. The men and women in law enforcement put their lives on the line every day to protect and to serve our communities, and we will never forget their sacrifices. Cecilia and I extend our heartfelt condolences to the officer’s family and to the entire San Marcos Police Department.”

Attorney General Ken Paxton released a statement as well:

“Along with everyone learning of a San Marcos police officer’s murder today, I am deeply troubled and saddened. Officers around our state courageously serve and deserve our utmost honor and respect, especially during this time. Please join Angela and me as we pray for the officer’s family, the people of San Marcos, and for our law enforcement officers around the state.”

3 Punks BRUTALIZE Veteran and Dump Alcohol On His Face, Then Justice Showed Up

A Veteran in an Illinois suburb east of St. Louis was brutally assaulted by a group of three punks while at a gas station.

Though three months have passed since the attack, justice is finally being served, as all three thugs are now in police custody, according to KTVI.

The Washington Park man was pumping gas at a Mobil station when he was approached and violently attacked by the group of thugs, who beat and kicked the veteran into submission, poured alcohol on him and ran over him with a car before leaving him to die.

“The video is rough. It’s pretty graphic. This really hit home for us because the young man is a veteran,” declared Washington Park Police Chief Tony Tomlinson.

“It’s horrible to think that you could go fight for your country, raise your right hand and take the oath and say that you will fight for your country, and you come home and after fighting the enemies, come home to a gas station and get beat up. It’s just tragic,” Tomlinson added.

Amazingly, the veteran survived the horrific attack and is in the process of recovering at home.

The three men arrested for the assault have been charged with aggravated battery and mob action.

Two of the men were arrested nearly two months ago, but the third assailant eluded capture until last week. They have been identified by authorities as Lamarcus Evans, Earl Agnew and Deon Sanders.

“When you commit any type of crime, we have to send a message out here that we are going to work together. We worked with the East St. Louis Police Department, the state police, and Centerville (police) to bring these gentlemen to justice,” Tomlinson said.

Hopefully these three punks are convicted and sentenced to long terms in prison for the terrible violence they visited on this innocent veteran.
